Pasting Text Into Your Web Page

Paste As Plain Text

On occasion you may need to paste text into your web page as plain, unformatted text.

Copy the text from the source in your usual manner
Click on the 'Paste As Plain Text' icon
Follow the instructions on the newly opened window - "Use CTRL+V on your keyboard to paste the text into the window"

Paste from Word

Pasting text from Microsoft Word will usually insert all sorts of strange code resulting in wierd formatting, strange looking text and bad coding behind the scenes of your web page.

Copy the text from Word in your usual manner
Click on the 'Paste from Word' icon
Follow the instructions on the newly opened window - "Use CTRL+V on your keyboard to paste the text into the window"
