Inserting Media
Clicking on this button will open the following window, allowing you embed a variety of video media.
Type
Select the type of media from the drop down box. If you wish to insert a YouTube video, select Flash.
File/URL
If you are inserting a YouTube video, copy the URL from YouTube and paste it into this field.
For any other media, select the browse 
icon, then either upload the file from your PC or select the file from the list.
Preview
If you have filled in The Type and File/URL fields correctly, you will see your movie in the preview window.
For the most part you will probably want to ignore the dimensions fields and the features on the advanced tab but please contact us if you would like to know more about these.
